About the Role
As our Business Insurance Navigator, you’ll work closely with the Owner and our experienced commercial team to manage and grow our Commercial Lines book of business. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping local businesses protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist clients with commercial renewals: collect info, assess risk, and prepare for market
· Process policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently
· Quote new business and support onboarding of new commercial clients
· Provide proactive, knowledgeable service and risk management support
· Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities and improve workflows
What You Bring:
· Must have a valid Insurance Broker License in Nova Scotia
· Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines experience
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with confidence
· A genuine desire to provide BIG SERVICE in a small company setting
