Job Description
Title: Driver
Reports to: Vending Manager
Level: Hourly
Scope: The Driver position is responsible for delivering, stocking, supporting, and working within all retail outlets, and catering events as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver all items as instructed by Vending Manager or their designate
- Deliver catering supplies, including tables, chairs, linens and cutlery
- Deliver catering orders to clients
- Coin orders and cash deposits
- Proper cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all Aramark policies and procedures, including OHS
- General preventative maintenance on vehicle (drivers checklist)
- Maintain safe and structured driving patterns (good driving habits)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School
- Must have and maintain valid Driver’s License and clear Driver’s Abstract
- Must maintain neat and professional appearance
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Experience in food preparation and service, particularly in catering, an asset
- WHMIS/On-the-job training required
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
