Description What’s in it for me: The Holiday Inn Express Lakeshore and soon to be open Townplace Suites Tecumseh are looking for two dynamic sales professionals to lead the sales for these stunning properties.

We are looking for versatile and well-organized Sales Executives with an outward direct-sales focus to meet or exceed established sales targets.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day As our Sales Manager , you’ll be the go-to person for conducting site inspections, maximizing sales, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth account handling. You'll give persuasive sales presentations, travel locally and regionally to promote our hotel, and develop new business. You’ll also meet with and entertain clients, while keeping clear communication with our hotel operations team. Plus, you’ll tackle various sales and catering tasks as needed.

Does this sound like you? We’re looking for someone with experience in corporate, group, and SMERF market segments, who loves engaging with clients and providing excellent service. You should be confident in preventing and resolving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well with a motivated team. Strong administrative, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must, along with being organized and detail-oriented. Pre-opening experience for a new hotel would be an asset.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales manager or above capacity
  • Marriott OR IHG brand experience highly desired
  • Corporate Business experience required
