Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Bookkeeper with 1-3 years of experience to manage daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, demonstrates a proactive attitude, and can handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform full cycle bookkeeping.
· Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank
reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
· Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
· Assist with processing payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
· Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and audits.
· Generate financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
· Additional duties, as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
· 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
