Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on creating exceptional workplace experiences? Clark Wilson LLP is looking for a Manager of Office Services and Premises to join our leadership team and help shape the day-to-day environment that supports our people and clients.
This is more than an operations role — it’s an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive innovation in how we manage our space and services, and contribute to a firm that values collaboration, community, and continuous improvement.
This role reports directly to the Head of Human Resources and works closely with leaders across the firm to ensure our workplace runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with our values.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee Central Services, Reception, Host Services, and Records Management — hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing, service-oriented team.
Own the Space: Keep our premises safe, functional, and welcoming through proactive maintenance, vendor coordination, and renovation planning.
Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements, manage departmental budgets, and ensure smooth, consistent service delivery across the firm.
Support Firm Culture: Plan and coordinate firm-wide events such as holiday parties, retreats, and social gatherings that foster connection and belonging.
Champion Health & Safety: Lead the Safety Team, conduct ergonomic assessments, and ensure our health and safety practices are current and effective.
Leverage Technology: Maintain boardroom technology and phone systems, and support file management systems and disaster response planning.
How You’ll Be a Great Fit For This Role:

Three to five years of experience managing a team with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;

Experience in a professional services environment is an asset;
-
Proven ability to take ownership of the role with a solution-focused attitude;
-
A demonstrated track record of problem-solving and excellent follow-through;
-
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy;
-
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook;
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with very strong interpersonal skills;
-
Ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the firm, including external stakeholders;
-
Excellent communication skills and a focus on exceptional client service;
-
Experience with creating and monitoring budgets;
-
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards and requirements;
-
Post-secondary education in Facilities Management and/or PMP and/or FMP certifications are considered an asset.
