Program Coordinator/Instructor – Level-Up Early Childhood Educator Training Program
Hourly Position, 37.5 hours per week
Limited Term from August 2025 to March 31, 2025

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily supervision of program components as well as instruction and counselling to participants. The Program Coordinator works in close partnership with the Bow Valley College Instructors and ensures the smooth facilitation of the Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED) Certificate courses. The coordinator/instructor provides instructional expertise in English language enhancement. This position also ensures that all observational or participatory-related activities are supervised and facilitated effectively. The coordinator works closely with the Department Manager on all administrative duties, including program reporting and applications. The Program Coordinator will ensure all duties are executed in a professional and timely fashion.
