CBI Santé Pointe-Claire Full time permanent About This Opportunity At CBI Health, we are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to fill a strategic role as Clinical Manager. As the leader of our Pointe-Claire clinic, you will play a key role in the quality of care provided, the customer experience, team development, and the overall performance of the clinic.
At CBI Concordia Physio Sport Pointe-Claire , you will have the unique opportunity to work with a team that has over 20 years of experience. Our team is committed to developing the next generation of clinicians in a collaborative and supportive environnement.
Located across from Lakeshore Hospita l, the Stillview clinic offers excellent networking and career advancement opportunities. We have an orthopedic surgeon and other healthcare professionals available on site. By working as a team, we are able to provide the care and services expected of an elite rehabilitation center.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will act as a clinical pillar, inspiring manager, and ambassador for the CBI Santé brand within the community.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to an interdisciplinary team
- Supervise, develop, and engage team members through structured coaching (PPD)
- Develop and maintain key relationships with the community and physicians
- Contribute to strategic decisions and the growth of the clinic
- Promote a culture focused on customer experience, innovation, and performance
- Be a driving force in the integration and development of talented clinicians
Your Profile
- Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the professional order
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a team or clinic management role
- Strong communication, coaching, performance management, and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented
