Job Description
Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Guest Services Agentto join our dynamic team. This position is a FULL TIME ROLE. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety.
During your mandate you will perform administrative duties for the front desk such as: checking in and out guests. You will be required to take phone calls and messages for our clients and guests.
You will be attending training programs as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required
A high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required. 2 years’ experience is required.
- Guest Services in previous camp, lodge, or hotel
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook required or reservation and management POS system -
