What We’re Looking For:
- A persuasive communicator who knows how to listen and lead the sale
- Motivated by targets, proud of hitting goals but always with the best interest of the client in mind
- Confident with product knowledge and able to simplify complex information
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting while keeping the focus on the customer
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and doing hands-on product demos or assemblies

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in retail or consultative sales (especially in health or wellness products)
- Management experience
- Social media marketing experience (helping promote in-store events, sales, or community outreach online)
- Background in PSW, OTA/PTA, Kinesiology, or similar healthcare fields or familiarity with home medical equipment or mobility aids
