Kent is looking for a System Completions Lead with Hexagon Smart Completions experience to support the team on SJLNG Project, remote work with site visits to support project requirements.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Pre-Commissioning manager and is the primary authority for the Completions and Handover Procedure.
- Supports the Pre-Commissioning Manager and interfaces with PE’s , CMT, MC, Start-Up, and Operations personnel on discipline specific issues.
- Managing the execution of the Completions and Handover process for the project.
- Coordination with project stakeholders responsible for the data inputs into the SCDB.
- Coordinate the transfer of Care custody and control between Construction, Commissioning & Start-Up, and Operations.
- Ensuring all Completion documentation is completed and submitted with all necessary supplemental information and documentation.
- Preparation and management of the projects Master Punchlist and Exceptions Registers and assisting in coordinating the close out of open items with relevant work groups.
- Coordinate the compilation of handover documentation.
- Monitor, report progress and performance of all completion’s activities and process in support of each work group.
- Coordinate and lead completions and handover meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring changes to project data and field execution are captured and implemented within the SCDB and completions processes.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
- Engineering Degree and/or technical diploma and 15+ years of Project Completion, Operations and electrical commissioning and startup experience.
- In depth knowledge of Systems Completions, project information management and analysis techniques.
- Established track record in management of Completions process through Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Start Up and initial plant operations.
- Exposure to Oil Company practices, processes, and expectations with respect to Systems Completion, Preservation, Commissioning and Start Up operations.
Communication:
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
Behavior/ Core Competencies:
- Proven strong technical skills in discipline subject matter.
- Demonstrated management and organizational ability for large teams with strong people skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic with delivery focus with strong organizational ability
HSSEQ:
The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.
