Lorvale Learning Centre is a private learning center based in Toronto. We provide Math Competition programs to students aged 6-18. We are looking for part-time or full-time coaches:

Main responsibilities

• Creating and executing interesting and engaging lesson plans
• Training students for different levels of math competitions
• Organizing math competitions
• Being a positive model

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year math competition & coaching experience
• Previous teaching experience is essential
• Familiar with AMC and math competitions of the University of Waterloo
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Team player and willingness to take part in extra-curricular activities
• Dependable, organized, punctual, patient and passionate about helping students achieve full potential
• Ability to create customized learning plans to meet individual learning goals
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one
• Eligible to legally work in Canada
