Your contribution! Reporting to the Senior Director – Asset Management, you will be responsible for supporting financial, operational and administrative aspects of the asset management department across all sites of the North American portfolio.
Your day-to-day!
- Support the Asset Managers for various tasks and deliverables across the North American portfolio
- Prepare and coordinate land management royalties, voluntary contribution and visibility funds on a quarterly and annual basis. Ensure that related databases are up-to-date and update them when required.
- Monitor and manage various KPIs in close connection with the Asset Managers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operational and financial reports for selected assets including monthly variances, operation reports, contractual calculations, inventory reports, vehicles registry etc.;
- Coordinate joint initiatives and internal process standardisation across all regions, including Chile and France.
- Assist Asset Managers in various activities: budget process, contractual interpretation and obligations, revenue, REC, CAPEX or OPEX optimization project, etc.
- Establish with Operations and Asset Managers a list of potential improvements to the existing sites leading to revenue increase. Build business cases accordingly in collaboration with the Asset Managers.
Your skills, our requirements!
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or a combination of relevant training and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Understanding of accounting standards
- Organized and proactive
- Good team player and collaborator
- Available for occasional travel, mainly in North America
- Affinity and curiosity for renewable energy and continual learning in a fast-paced environment
- Technologies at work: Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis

- The position can be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters.
- This position is a P1 level.
