Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to help support our Client Experience Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling our in-house service appointments, including photography/videography and home staging.

Our Client Fulfillment Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily/weekly schedule for all service team members

• Reassigning appointments based on location/proximity and driving time

• Calling clients to confirm their appointments, deliveries, etc.

• Coordinating appointment times and schedules between service team members and Faris Team Sales Partners

• Communicate and respond to inquiries from Faris Team Sales Partners and clients

• Work proactively with the Client Fulfillment Manager to identify hiring needs, availability concerns, etc.

• Maintaining multiple trackers and spreadsheets for seasonal photo updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume scheduling (ie clinic, salon, etc)

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, and have the ability to quickly learn new software programs

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail, impeccable organization skills

• Ability to problem solve quickly, proactively identify issues and raise flags when needed
