What the job involves
- This specific role will work on product management for our Business Intelligence products.
- Mastercard Business Intelligence provides customers with trusted data and expert insights to decode future trends, optimize portfolio strategies and make informed strategic decision for sustainable business growth.
- Specific product lines within BI include portfolio intelligence, market intelligence, consumer research, economic intelligence and payments learning
- Develop go to market strategy for Business Intelligence products in the North American region
- Drive regional revenue targets and manage P&L of products, including coordinating a budget in the most effective way to deliver the expected value
- Represent/promote products across the region, building relationship with key sales and delivery stakeholders
- Support sales team as product specialists, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support in client meetings when needed
- Work with marketing and engagement teams to communicate the value of products to clients and internal stakeholders and build engagement with the solutions
- Support global product development teams with concept and market tests, regional competitive analysis and research, customer interview/feedback
- Coordinate operational activities including billing, legal / compliance, salesforce revenue management, product performance reporting
- Support the launch of new products in the region as they are developed, end to end, from Studio process regional approvals to communication and marketing activities
