Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Khazana Canada. Located in the heart of the GTA, this role is vital in ensuring operational excellence and providing outstanding service to our guests while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Implement effective strategies for inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and service delivery.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in cash handling and financial reporting is preferred.
