Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our client service operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently Managing Client Transactions: You'll be responsible for the swift and precise review, categorization, and processing of a wide array of client requests, including asset transfers, withdrawals, and other essential financial transactions. Your ability to handle a high volume of requests daily, while expertly prioritizing based on urgency and impact, will be crucial.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Beyond simply processing requests, you'll take a proactive and consultative approach to identifying and addressing client needs. This involves actively collaborating with external partners and various internal departments to devise and implement tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Enhancing Client Experience: You'll contribute to a consistently positive client experience by ensuring all operational processes are smooth, transparent, and align with our commitment to excellence.
Ideally, you have/you are:
- Proven Industry Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience within the Canadian investment or wealth management sector, ideally within a brokerage or financial services firm.
- Deep Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of diverse financial products and procedures, including but not limited to stocks, equity options, and other investment vehicles.
- Operational Expertise: Familiarity with back-office operations and the intricacies of wealth management processes.
- Transaction Workflow Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with various brokerage funding and transfer workflows is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities are essential for clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Broadridge or similar financial services software is a plus.
- Relevant Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other investment-related certifications will be highly regarded.
