BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Services Coordinator to join our diverse portfolio in London, Ontario.

SUMMARY

Working closely with our Residential Maintenance Manager, the Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the suite turnover process, work orders, inventory ordering and monitoring, and providing property maintenance support. They will maintain the residential customer database and provide support to 7 residential maintenance team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Suite Turnover Process including scoping suites, developing and maintaining schedules, and arranging/coordinating/managing trades

  • Create, assign and monitor the completion of work orders

  • Enter and maintain all applicant, new and existing resident data information in Yardi software ensuring information remains current and accurate

  • Monitor and maintain 3rd party provider service levels to meet all corporate and customer requirements and standards

  • Maintain and file property and financial records in compliance with legislative and company requirements

  • Coordinate divisional bulk purchasing activities and monitor divisional inventory programs and processes

  • Organize and coordinate preventative maintenance and capital project activities

  • Prepare and assist with the preparation of RFP's for preventative maintenance and capital projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential maintenance coordination

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, detail orientation and proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer and smartphone proficiency required including Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi experience an asset

  • Proficient spoken and written English

  • Criminal background check required

  • Must have a valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle in good working order with minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000.
