Position summary

• Barista – making specialty drinks and creating new recipes
• Confident in offering coffee tutorials to customers
• Take orders, manage payments and transactions, set up tables and chairs
• Changing floor plan setup for private meetings and events
• Serving food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Bartending- includes alcoholic drinks and specialty coffees
• Stewarding-using a dishwasher and putting away clean dishes
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness
• Anticipation of customers’ needs
• Positive and attentive attitude
• Acting professional and courteous to customers at all times
• Maintaining friendly and engaging attention to customers
• Provide information and educate customers about Mazarine’s menu items

Who are we looking for?

• Smart Serve certified
• Previous barista experience is mandatory-latte art, coffee knowledge, etc.
• Previous serving and bartending experience is an asset
• Goes above and beyond in customer service
• Able to work in fast paced environments and under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30-50 pounds and stand for long hours
• Outstanding individuals interested in developing their careers
