Position: Machine Bindery Operator
Type: Full Time Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Bindery Operator who will accurately and precisely trim, fold and saddle stitch products according to docket specifications, ensuring customer satisfactions are met. Bonus if you have Letterpress experience!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Read and interpret docket instructions
· Operate various bindery equipment – Polar cutters, Stahl and MBO folders, Muller Martini Stitcher, Renz highspeed punch, Duplo booklet maker
· Package and label products for shipping
· Follow Health & Safety and ISO policies & procedures.
· Experience or willingness to learn how to operate a Letterpress
REQUIREMENTS:
· 5-10 years of previous experience in Bindery
· Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, with a motivated, ambitious, committed and results oriented attitude
· Customer-focused and possess outstanding communication skills, especially a strong command of written and verbal English.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills
· Capable of lifting up to 30lbs
· General math skills and good hand-eye coordination
