Job Summary:

We are seeking a Journeyman/women Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and work ethic skills. The successful candidate will need a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask while working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Duties:

• Build, fabricate, and assemble metal structures and components using various welding techniques
• Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and welding requirements
• Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG and TIG welders
• Experience with the operation of Collaborative Robots
• Perform quality inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet the required standards
• Use of crane and forklift
• Packaging equipment and parts to be sent for coatings
• Assist with welding in other departments as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Certification is required
• B Pressure Welding Certification not required.
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Overhead Crane experience is an asset
• Class 5 Drivers License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, bench, push, or pull up 50Lbs. unassisted
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
