The FX Modernization Program Manager will be responsible for leading the FX Modernization initiative within the Capital Markets division. This role involves:

Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the FX Modernization program.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of program objectives.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of FX products and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
