**The Opportunity:**Full-Time In-Store Visibility (ISV) Analyst

Salary: Range$60,000 – $65,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
**Work Model:**Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organizedISV Analystto support the In-Store Visibility (ISV) team. In this role, you will provide administrative, operational, and analytical support that helps ensure the successful execution of in-store programs across retailers and categories.

You’ll help maintain key documentation, trackers, and catalogues while supporting compliance workflows and coordinating initiatives related to gifting, premiums, and limited-edition programs. Working closely with ISV Managers and cross-functional partners, you’ll help ensure programs stay on track and execution runs smoothly.

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. You enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows and making sure information is clear, accurate, and easy for teams to access.

You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers, balancing multiple priorities, and supporting stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you take ownership of your work and approach tasks with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day ISV operations by managing administrative tasks, documentation, and approval workflows
  • Maintain and update ISV trackers, ensuring program timelines, budgets, approvals, and KPIs are accurate and up to date
  • Manage the ISV catalogue, ensuring POS materials, specifications, and retailer requirements remain current and accessible
  • Coordinate administrative support for gifting, premiums, and limited-edition initiatives, including tracking quantities, timelines, and vendor submissions
  • Assist with reporting and compliance by organizing documentation, execution data, and program summaries
  • Identify opportunities to improve trackers, documentation, and internal processes to support more efficient execution

Your Experience

In addition to everything outlined inThe Perfect Person for the Role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles
  • Strong experience working with spreadsheets and structured data (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
