Overview Match Retail presents it's client Nespresso's flavours at the Weeknd's Concert at the Rogers Centre, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic squad of Brand Ambassadors to play pivotal roles, ranging from customer engagement to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience.
Event Highlights
- Location: 1 Blue Jays Way, Toronto ON M5V 1J1
- Dates: July 27th, 28th, August 7th, 8th
- Shifts:
- 4pm-12am
- Virtual Training: July 25th: 12pm-1pm
Compensation Package Key Responsibilities:
- Booth setup and preparation for the opening
- Booth closing, securing all products
- Customer engagement to create an unforgettable experience
- Smooth event operations and vigilant stock management
- Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers
- Daily reporting and timekeeping
Prerequisites
- Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
- Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)
Desired Qualities
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience
- Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences.
- Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended hours
