About the role

Summary/ Objective DYWIDAG stands as a global leader in construction and infrastructure technology that works with government authorities,

asset owners, construction companies, and design offices to support their infrastructure projects. We have expanded into

over 50 countries worldwide and continue to keep infrastructure safe and secure every single day.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Shipper include inventory reporting, verifying, and approving shipments (outgoing

or incoming) and loading or unloading of materials.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for keeping track of all materials, stock, and equipment that is shipped in and out. Inventory reporting, verifying, and approving shipments (outgoing or incoming) and loading or unloading of materials.
  • Ensure that the inventory is up-to-date and incoming materials are properly stored.
  • Responsible for the loading or unloading of materials coming in or materials to be shipped out.
  • Verify all incoming shipments to ensure the correct products have come in
  • Ensure orders being shipped out are sent with the correct materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Verifying correct quantity of material has been received, or is shipped

Required Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.

  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to handle issues arising in shipping or inventory.
  • Exemplary customer care skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Detail orientated and multitasking skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
