The Role

We are hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role includes both strategy and execution — ideal for someone who’s creative, analytical, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Help with social media and LinkedIn content strategy
• Design clean, brand-aligned graphics (social, web, ads)
• Write clear and effective copy for ads, social posts, and emails
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate on new ideas and client strategies

Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Familiar with social media content planning and trends
• Solid copywriting and communication skills
• Strong graphic design ability (Canva or Adobe tools)
• Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
• Bonus: knowledge of nonprofit marketing or values-aligned brands
