Dynamic Physio & Wellness is seeking a FULL TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT to join our well established multidisciplinary clinic.
The successful candidate will:

• Greet clients upon their arrival into the clinic;
• Schedule and confirm appointments in our booking system;
• Process payments;
• Answer the phone;
• Support smooth clinical operations;
• Other duties as required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to importance and deadline;
• Ability to pay attention to the details, follow directions, and work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude; and
• An energetic, flexible, and reliable team player.
