We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls using efficient phone systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all office documents are up to date.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and inventory management of office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an assistant Office Administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with Home care practices is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
