Our Yellowknife Office is currently recruiting CPA Articling students for January or April 2026. Applications will be accepted until September 30, 2025.
The Role
Our staff have the opportunity to travel throughout Canada’s Northwest Territories and Nunavut and discover a wide variety of work engagements. Your primary duties will include:

Participate on teams in executing audit engagements for a variety of clients by performing tests of transactions and balances to verify audit assertions

Complete compilation and review engagements semi-independently
-
Prepare personal and corporate tax returns
-
Working in Caseware and CaseView to enter trial balances and set up file sections to create financial statements

Execute bookkeeping assignments

Staff accountants have a high level of perseverance, integrity, honesty and self-accountability as you are in a period of intensive learning where your formal education is enhanced though practical application.
Working knowledge of accounting standards, accounting and tax software such as Caseware, Taxprep, QuickBooks/Sage etc are also considered as asset.
