Position: Baggage Handler (Part-Time)
Location: Montreal Terminal

Coach Canada is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Baggage Handler to join our Montreal Terminal team. In this frontline position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of passenger luggage, while also contributing to a welcoming and positive passenger experience.
Our Baggage Handlers are brand ambassadors—committed to safety, service excellence, and maintaining the operational standards that make us a leader in the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload passenger luggage to and from the bus fleet as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy terminal setting
- Support passengers with special needs or in cases of delayed, lost, or mishandled baggage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in and around the baggage handling zones
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, terminal staff, and drivers to support timely departures and efficient workflow
- Assist with addressing customer inquiries or minor complaints with professionalism and tact
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual (French and English) to assist a diverse passenger base
- Strong commitment to safety standards and operational protocols
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions
- Highly dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong sense of integrity
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude under pressure
- Self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced situations
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing repetitive physical tasks
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, standing, and walking required
- Manual dexterity required for handling luggage and equipment
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and respond quickly to operational demands
