What You'll Be Doing

On-Site Event Management

  • Manage Downtown Toronto onsite activation and work closely with onsite partners.
  • Manage team of field ambassadors to drive trials, leads and customer acquisition in areas we deliver to in Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga and more)
  • Be the go-to person for customer service needs and leader.
  • Manage inventory of swag, samples, printed materials, etc.
  • Work with the Experiential Marketing Manager to collaborate on new and existing opportunities within the space.
  • Shift touchbases and reporting

Ambassador Team

  • Help train a team of brand ambassadors, actively coach, lead, and manage the team for reliability and best-in-class experience.
  • Manage the brand ambassador schedule and ensure activation is properly staffed.
  • Assist with brand ambassador hourly monitoring and reporting, training materials and invoices.

Partnerships

  • Work with our Experiential Marketing Manager to form strategic partnerships with potential opportunities that might arise.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to easy flow of activation
  • Works cross functionally to turn opportunities into sales and sign ups to hit targets

Other in-scope duties:

  • Meet or exceed agreed sales and acquisition targets through activations
  • Stay up-to-date on Fresh Prep’s product and service offerings
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Track and record activity on accounts and ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system
  • Handle client objections by clarifying information, emphasizing benefits, and working through differences to a positive conclusion

What We Are Looking For

The Downtown Team Lead under the direction of the Experiential Marketing Manager, is responsible for building relationships to drive customer acquisitions and revenue. The Downtown Team Lead works cross functionally to turn opportunities into sales and sign ups to meet or exceed business objectives. This is a two-month hourly contract position with 40 hours per week mostly spent in-market executing on activations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
  • Ability to respond appropriately in high-pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor

All ingredients come pre-cut and pre-portioned, reducing many steps of the cooking process – making dinner time easier and quicker. Customers can also choose from a menu of Add-ons including quick ready-to-eat meals, salads, healthy snacks, juices and pantry staples.

We offer meal kit options for all diets and preferences - 50% of our weekly menu is vegetarian or vegan and customers can select gluten-aware and carb-conscious meals.
