JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work on the line during service or in prep kitchen daily
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency for a fantastic guest experience
- Maintain clean and organized stations
- Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Follow FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness
- Work as a team with all team members
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong knife skills and ability to work all stations
- Brunch experience is an asset
- Food Handlers certificate necessary
- Ability to keep a positive work environment for you and your peers
- Must Have 3 years cooking experience

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)

Bar Reyna is Yorkville's reigning cocktail and snack bar, located at 158 Cumberland Street.
Situated in a timeless two-storey Victorian house with a year-round back patio, Bar Reyna was conceived by restaurant industry veteran Nicki Laborie.
Our menu features an eclectic melange of table snacks and larger plates that coast the Mediterranean and travel into the Middle East, while our cocktail list reflects modern mixology with several nods to the classics.
