About The Team The Pricing Support Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining pricing operations within the company’s SaaS business. This role provides structured support for quote configuration, SKU and pricebook management, and approval workflows within the CPQ system. It serves as a central contact for sales and cross-functional teams on pricing-related matters, ensuring consistent application of pricing policies and compliance with established governance.

The specialist contributes to the accuracy of pricing tools and processes, supports internal audits, and participates in projects that enhance pricing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

What you will do

  • Maintain and update SKUs, price books, and pricing configurations in Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with current pricing structures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Sales and Deal Desk teams to support quote configurations, validate discount structures, and resolve pricing-related issues within CPQ.
  • Administer pricing and discount approval workflows, manage approval thresholds, and ensure compliance with established pricing policies and audit documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Product, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations—to support product launches, pricing changes, and process alignment.
  • Maintain pricing data accuracy across systems and contribute to reporting, metrics tracking, and ad hoc analyses such as margin impact or pricing adherence.
  • Support pricing tool enhancements, process documentation, testing of configuration changes, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency in pricing processes.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, formula auditing)
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, discounting practices, and product catalog management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across departments
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with audit tracking and version control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Understanding of SaaS financial metrics
  • Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certification preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
