AI Innovation Lead
(Part of the newly formed AI Innovation Wing at ORCAFY)
Overview:
We’re launching a dedicated AI Innovation Wing at ORCAFY — a future-focused unit tasked with pushing the boundaries of how we use AI in marketing. From automation to creativity, this team will drive efficiency, experimentation, and new service development.
The AI Innovation Lead will be at the core of this effort — researching, building, experimenting, and teaching. They will be responsible for keeping ORCAFY ahead of the curve in how AI is transforming marketing, from creative ideation to campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Research & Strategy
- Research the latest AI tools and technologies with a focus on marketing applications
- Conduct industry-wise studies on how top brands use AI in advertising and creative campaigns
- Identify gaps in ORCAFY's workflows where AI can drive efficiency or better outcomes
- Research prompt engineering strategies and build prompt libraries for internal use
Implementation & Experimentation
- Pilot and implement AI tools across departments (creative, ads, content, strategy, lead nurturing )
- Lead experiments with AI-generated creative — video, visuals, and copy
- Create AI-powered systems for faster ideation, campaign development, and optimization
Internal Enablement & Education
- Host regular AI learning sessions, workshops, and training modules
- Build a centralized internal AI knowledge base with prompt templates, tool guides, and use cases
- Upskill team members on using AI tools effectively in their workflows
Innovation & Client Offerings
- Develop new AI-driven marketing services and solutions that ORCAFY can offer to clients
- Package AI as a value-add for creative and performance campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends and pitch high-impact innovations to the leadership team
Ideal Profile:
- Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows
- Comfortable teaching others and leading internal sessions
- Proactive, experimental mindset — always testing, learning, and improving
