IT Business Analyst

Contract Period: 8 months with potential to extend or convert

Location : Toronto, ON

Location Type : Hybrid; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

3-5 years proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Gen AI use case development.

• Proficiency in RSA Archer and operational risk terminology.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data mapping and data flow diagrams.

• Excellent business requirement documentation skills.

• Experience working in Agile squads.

• Familiarity with Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.

• Certification in RSA Archer or Agile methodologies.

• Experience with other AI and data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed data mapping and data flow diagrams.

• Document detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver projects efficiently.

• Document, Develop and implement Gen AI use cases to drive business solutions.

• Utilize RSA Archer for risk management and compliance processes.

• Apply operational risk terminology to analyze and mitigate risks.

• Perform complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

• Develop source-to-target mappings for data integration.

• Leverage Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse for advanced data analytics and AI solutions.
