TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract opportunity as a Customer Service Associate, Remarketing, reporting to the Manager of Remarketing. This role is hybrid out of our Markham head office.
What you will be doing:
- Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date
- Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)
- Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc
- Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports
- Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner
What you bring:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to connect with dealerships and customers
- Team oriented, flexible and proactive
- Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
