Job Summary: The Housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization across all facilities at White Squirrel Golf Club. This position ensures that all guest-facing and staff areas remain clean, sanitary, and welcoming. Duties include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks across multiple buildings, washrooms, dining areas, offices, and outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service & Public Areas:
- Maintain cleanliness of all entrance areas, dining spaces, patios, and retail areas, including sweeping, dusting, and spot cleaning.
- Perform high dusting, baseboard cleaning, and wall washing on a scheduled basis.
- Clean both sides of glass doors and interior side panels.
- Ensure all stairwells and landings are clean and sanitized.
- Food & Beverage Areas:
- Clean and sanitize bars, server stations, and dining furniture.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Pull hood filters and clean weekly.
- Maintain dishwashers and follow scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
- Employee & Facility Maintenance
- Clean and disinfect employee break areas, locker rooms, and storage spaces.
- Disinfect high-touch points such as door handles and light switches.
- Complete laundry tasks and maintain organization in designated laundry and storage rooms.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of remote washrooms and outdoor facilities.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules consistently.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Using stairs or ladders
- Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions

Hours:
- Two different shifts:
- 5:00 am to 1:00 pm - Weekdays and Weekends
- 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Weekends Only
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
