We’re currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our high-performing admin team at Ford Penticton. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to play a vital role behind the scenes with room for career growth, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Process and reconcile payables, receivables, and internal statements
- Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and outstanding credits
- Maintain organized, accurate financial records
- Post vehicle deals, warranty transactions, and other dealership-specific items
- Support monthly close procedures and reporting
- Ensure timely, accurate data entry across departments
- Provide reception coverage as needed
Performance Essentials
- 1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other MS Office programs
- Experience with PBS, CDK, or other dealership accounting software is an asset
- Full-time availability — Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-driven environment
