Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a P/T Receptionist for our Cam Clark Ford location in Richmond, BC.

In the position of P/T Receptionist reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, and will be responsible for handling inquiries, directing calls, and managing appointments.
You will be accountable for:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Promptly answer the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Welcome on-site customers, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
- Communicate with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
- Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
- Answer basic customer inquiries or direct customers to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner
- Assisting in stocking new and incoming vehicles & post arrived vehicles and also creating stock cards
- Assist sales manager with tasks as needed related to vehicle inventory.
- Other duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with PBS and dealership operations is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.
