Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Organization Interface Manager to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
- Works collaboratively alongside the various airport departments to balance the impact from the Program and effectively meet demands upon the department.
- Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
- Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
- Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Typically, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project / program management.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects and programs.
- Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large aviation program/projects.
- Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders.
- Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset.
Additional Information
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
