MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of Canada’s largest private third party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Presently we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.
We're in search of a full time leasing agent. MetCap Living is currently in search of a Professional Part-time Leasing Agent in Nova Scotia.
Qualifications:

College/University Diploma preferred
-
Two years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industry

Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
-
Exceptional customer service skills
-
Proficient with Office and Yardi required

Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

Active driver's license and a reliable car

Can work on the weekends and holidays
-
Advertising and Marketing experience is an asset
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
- Process qualifying prospects
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up
- Touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community
- Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks
- Ensure units are prepared for move-in in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectations
- Resident retention.
- Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases and payment
- Quarterly market surveys
- Other duties and/or procedures as required.
- Available evenings and weekends
- Access to a vehicle
