For full-time employees:

Purpose of the role
The technician is responsible for assisting the analysts and managers to ensure proper planning. He/she must provide support to the distribution point teams (store), as well as work closely with the customer service department and the distribution center.
Key responsabilities
- Prepare materials and information for meetings or other events;
- Assist team members in the execution of distribution (SO), merchandise balancing, fashion and basic reserve management (min-max); manage documents and samples associated with these operations;
- Participate in the development and coordination of special projects, promotions and store openings/closings;
- Verify various reports on a weekly basis, ensure follow-ups and update databases;
- Create and update intranet logs and calendar;
- Manage the Head Office Allocation email box;
- Write memos for the department;
- Assist in the entry of consolidations;
- Manage sample requests and returns;
- Coordinate web returns to our Distribution Center;
- Visit stores and distribution center on a regular basis.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- Retail experience is an asset;
- Bilingualism French-English (The person must support stores across Canada);
- Meticulousness and speed;
- Dynamic, team spirit and open-minded;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office;
- Good ability to work under pressure.
- One year of experience in inventory management is an asset;
