Position Details
Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking local Journeyman Plumbers with underground experience for work at our project in Abbotsford, BC.
- Schedule Rotation: 10 days on, 4 days off
- Wage: $45.96
- Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
What You Will Be Working On
- Process piping and equipment installations
- Install, repair, and maintain underground plumbing systems, including HDPE piping.
- Perform HDPE fusing using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of plumbing systems
- Working with plans and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements
- Ensuring safe work practices, EH&S processes, and OH&S compliance are followed on site
What We Are Looking For
- Applicants must have a valid HDPE fusing ticket
- Valid Journeyman ticket in the trade of Plumbing
- Valid Driver's License
- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- ESC Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- Ground Disturbance
- Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
- Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
