Starting Rate of pay: $22.60/hour
The rate will be $1 less during the probation period of 600 worked hours.
Shifts Available and Hours:
New employees will be assigned shifts based on the following production schedule:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please note: Current needs are mostly for evening and overnight shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pack aluminum profile and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate industrial extrusion or packaging machines (training provided).
- Check order details to ensure the correct number of pieces with the required dimensions are delivered.
- Always comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Inspect materials to ensure quality control.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Additional requirements:
- Flexibility to work on any of the three production shifts outlined above.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in a hot manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
