Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development – Americas, the Learning Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting scalable learning programs that facilitate employee onboarding, enhance skill development, and drive performance across the organization. This role works closely with the Learning & Development team as well as the broader HR team to ensure that learning experiences and resources are accessible and aligned with business needs.
**Advanced English Required:
This requirement is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international clients, partners, and/or subsidiaries, both verbally and in writing** .

- Deliver onboarding programs for new employees, including live, instructor-led training and asynchronous learning resources, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the program.
- Manage ongoing development programs that build capabilities across various functions and levels.
- Partner with the Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and performance trends, and address them through tailored training and development solutions.
- Occasionally facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions (virtual and in-person) that improve role-specific competencies, knowledge retention, and behavioural outcomes.
- With guidance, develop and manage the distribution of scalable learning resources such as toolkits, playbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Measure and manage the reporting of the effectiveness of learning programs using KPIs such as engagement, retention, performance improvement, and participant feedback.
- With guidance, support change initiatives and company-wide programs by delivering training that builds awareness, capability, and adoption.
- Support the rollout of new learning initiatives, including the communications and administrative tasks and support.
- Manage learning technologies (e.g. LMS, reporting tools) to track engagement, assess impact, and optimize the learner experience.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated success in Learning & Development, Program Management, or Training, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training best practices.
- Proficiency with learning and development tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving in learning contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual – English and French.
- Experience working in a high-growth, cross-regional SaaS company.
- Knowledge of LMS platform, Docebo.
