About the role
Junior Relocation Consultant
Relocation Management Company seeking a Junior Relocation Consultant who is comfortable working in a team environment. You will work with our team of Relocation Consultants and Administration to provide services for both the Corporation and their Employees. You have experience making recommendations including budgets and the use of the available dollars. You will assist with the sale of the current homes as well as finding accommodations at the destination within their budget. As well, you will be responsible for managing vacant homes and delivering sound real estate advice to the Corporate Client
Qualifications:
· High level of customer service and relationship management skills
· Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume team environment while meeting tight deadlines while multitasking
· Excellent business writing and oral communication skills.
· Analytical and strategic thinking with detailed review of property updates and problem-solving skills
· You must be proactive and make strong recommendations to the Corporations
· Effective negotiating skills, and review of current markets.
· 2-5 years of experience in relocation/real estate administration or property management
· Have PR status or be a Canadian citizen.
· College / University degree in Business Administration/HR
Bilingualism is a definite asset
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth property information and guidance to the Consultant for the corporation using the highest level of customer care.
- Work directly with Consultant to deliver approved services to each employee is a timely and sensitive manner
- Preparing Differential Studies as requested
- Analyze real estate markets, research house values, write clear decisive reports and provide sound recommendations to Consultant for each file
- Ensure all suppliers are complying with SLA and KPI for each corporation
- Work with clients to support relocation programs dealing with budgets
- Review expenses and provide current CRA/IRS ruling for expense reimbursement
- Examine and approve expenses for submission to accounting
- Detailed computer proficiency to ensure quality data entry and report generation
