VOICI CE QUE NOTRE ÉQUIPE ATTEND DE VOUS :
- Superviser divers aspects de la succursale locale de vente au détail
- Aider le directeur de la succursale dans tous les aspects de l’entreprise, y compris la croissance et le développement de l’équipe.
- Être disposé et capable d’assumer chacun des rôles au sein de la Direction générale et comprendre que la formation polyvalente est essentielle à la réussite de la Direction générale
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes de Roofmart pour fournir un soutien et établir de solides relations à long terme avec les clients existants ainsi que pour aider au développement de nouveaux clients
LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL POSSÈDE :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (en affaires/ventes/marketing de préférence) et/ou 3 ans ou plus d’expérience réussie en gestion d’entrepôt/vente au détail, expérience en vente
- Permis de conduire valide
- La connaissance de l’industrie de la toiture serait considérée comme un atout
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Solide résolveur de problèmes avec la capacité de gérer des situations difficiles

- Capacité à voyager

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;
- Supervising various aspects of the local retail branch
- Assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team.
- Willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch and understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branch’s success
- Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
