Department of Internal Medicine Rady Faculty of Health Sciences University of Manitoba PMAO number: 3648 Position Summary The Department of Internal Medicine, Max Rady College of Medicine, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba, and Shared Health Manitoba invite applications for a physician position in the Section of Dermatology.
This is a part time academic fee for service position, with a start date negotiable based on the successful candidate’s availability. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong academic potential, effective communication skills, and have a track record of prior clinical work in dermatology. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching to help advance the field of dermatology.
Candidates must hold specialty qualifications in dermatology from the country of their current practice and must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is preferred.
About The Section Of Dermatology The Section of Dermatology is committed to excellence in patient care, ground-breaking research, and high-quality medical education at all levels. As one of 18 sections within the Department of Internal Medicine, the largest academic department at the Max Rady College of Medicine, the section is made up of a dedicated team of experienced faculty members.
Our section members play a pivotal role in advancing dermatological research and education. This commitment underscores our mission to embrace the latest advancements in dermatology and make sure that patients receive the highest standard of care.
