About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning meetings into memorable experiences? As our Small Meeting Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind the logistics for straightforward meetings, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly! Join us to be the go-to person for our clients in managing event logistics while having a lot of fun along the way. Plus, you’ll get to work in our cozy Montreal office at least twice a week!

You're Good At:

  • Coordinating logistics for low complexity meetings and events.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and the team.
  • Sticking to budgets while keeping an eye on compliance controls.
  • Solving problems on the fly and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Mastering tools like Cvent and the Microsoft Office Suite to keep everything organized.

You Might Also Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or management.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • A knack for thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.

You Should Know:
This role is hybrid, and candidates must be available to work in our client's Montreal office at least two days each week.
