As the Operations Analyst, you will support the company’s Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations as well the plant where necessary. Leverage solid technical, lean and Operational skills to ensure that required detail reporting and analysis is completed in both a timely and accurate manner in order to highlight trends and opportunities within our business.
- Develop and track Operational Plant metrics reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Tracking and analyzing KPI’s on direct labor, efficiency, safety, waste, quality and machine Downtime.
- Work with the cross functional teams to set up timelines as well as accuracy and efficiency of metrics to drive lean initiatives and other continuous Improvements, highlighting trends
- Facilitate Operations meeting in the absence of Operations Leader as well as following up on assign task and deadlines
- Perform Operational Analysis on imitative to identify and capture financial or any impact of continuous improvements.
- Managing data integrity of ERP
- Plan production staffing requirements to meet production schedule
- Records and documents production and maintenance performance data for report preparation and performance analysis; performs necessary investigations and presents conclusions
- Assist in plant staff payroll administration
- Assist in preparation of annual budget
Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with an ERP system; prior experience working within a Manufacturing facility preferred
- Problem solver with critical thinking and analytical aptitude
- Ability to perform multi-tasks in high pressure environment with shifting priorities
- A fast learner with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
*Entry Level Position, Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
