As a Service & Warranty Coordinator at Shane Homes, you are passionate about people and ensuring their experience is unmatched. We Would Love It If You Had These Too:
- A positive and empathetic personality is essential.
- Previous experience in the home construction industry would be an asset.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service role.
- Proven ability to prioritize and remain organized.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and have an open mind.
- Proficiency in MS Office - bonus points if you have experience working in a CRM or Service Scheduling System.
Here's What Your Day to Day Could Look Like:
- Managing all homeowner inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Coordinate and schedule all preoccupation, walk-thru, and orientation appointments.
- Scheduling homeowner service appointments and managing several calendars at a time.
- Scheduling all trade-day appointments and follow up with homeowners on outstanding items.
- Troubleshooting problems and working cohesively with Home Care Specialists to provide an exceptional experience for our homeowners.
- Utilizing and maintaining Homefront Software regularly.
